Who I am

Les is an aspiring polymath who enjoys exploring new possibilities. Curious by nature and fueled with boundless energy, he was professionally trained as a pediatrician, but also explored a career in aviation and game design.

He has been designing website soon after the birth of the world wide web in 1993, with his first professional website published in 1995 for The Council on Medical Student Education in Pediatrics (COMSEP).

In 2005, he created a playground for grown-ups by founding GamingParents.org. Alas, this community has gone through the mature cycle of evolution and now exists only on the local archive of his laptop.

Between 2004 and 2012, he established himself as a well-known game level designer in the global gaming community for Half-Life, Counter-Strike, and Portal.

He owns the YouTube channel ADHDDoc to support parents and children with ADHD world-wide.

Finally, he has authored two books on pediatrics and is currently working on a historical fiction based in World War II Shanghai.
